If you are looking to wallow in near silence, hear your own breath and heart beating, have near zero interpersonal contact & work in a Teams environment with folks just feet away. If you enjoy working for a closed door "leader" who has only a few years of actual supply chain experience, who should be an Analyst and is solely focussed on data, PowerBI and "productivity" (cost reduction) goals - then this is the place for you. Favoritism runs amuck, projects are never accomplished and very little progress ever truly made this is the epitome of the "great gray". Dunder Mifflin without any of the fun nor humor...an absolute life sucker...good people in terms of co workers but my God does the mid-level woefully lack and drain...hence the never ending turnover and postings to hire backfills...whose postings should read, "Buyer(s) beware..."

Prone to hire outside rather than promote from within. Very much a who you know rather than what you know promotion system. Severe lack of communication among leadership. Known to push numbers over quality. Very tight, cluttered work environment. Inconsistent expectations, as well as non enforcement of policies among deferent shifts.
