      Pros

      Hubbell Inc has allowed me to advance my career and education. They are conscientious of their employees' needs and goals.

      Cons

      The company values on-time delivery at the expense of cost and quality, which ultimately leads to rework delay and the invalidation of on time delivery. It is a frustrating conundrum I cannot seem to convey to my peers.
