Pros
Plenty of interaction with the C level guys. They are all super smart and I've learnt plenty from them in 2 weeks. During onboarding I had a 1-1 meeting with them all which was awesome Everyone here is super friendly and approachable. It makes for a great working environment They have an open snack area and provide lunch The OKR goal setting system is really interesting and I like how it forces everyone to think about how projects align with quanitifiable metrics. Its nice how honest people are regarding these things and how people seem really open to honest feedback regarding these numbers/projects A lot of freedom to learn and experiment to improve business processes Really nice modern office in a cool part of town with a dog
Cons
No red flags. The open plan office can be a bit distracting but they subsidise noise cancelling headphones which has worked for me
