Pros

Most of the employees had a great work ethic, therefore they had a low turnover rate.

Cons

Since many of the employees were related, discipline was not always fair.

Pros

Even though tips vary from customer to customer, they are generally excellent and reflect the service provided. You have the ability to pick up as many shifts to cover other team members.

Cons

Money is not worth the physical or mental toll.

Pros

there aren't many, a few nice employees who are actually competent, and a few loyal loving customers are all that place has going for them

Cons

awful management, awful attitude's from most employees, employees aren't trained long enough to know anything about their jobs if the trainers deem them annoying and there are no actual trainers, semi-new employees are told to train new people when they themselves barely know how to do their jobs because management refuses to do anything, you do the job of 3 people and then get severely underpaid and little to know room for advancement or raises.
