Okay first job

Pros

Tips are okay, you learn to multitask well.

Cons

You do everything from mopping to cleaning the bathrooms to dishes all of it. Trying to manage your tables and do the dishes as well is very difficult hard to get one and one time with tables especially when it’s slammed. You’re more than likely going to be over what time your scheduled trying to get all the dishes done and sliver rolled after your shift along with your side work.

Pros

I enjoyed the early hours.

Cons

It’s a franchise. The general manager is a joke. The owner allows the GM to treat the employees like crap . Then change employees hours.

Pros

As my first job, it was great to start in a small diner.

Cons

As my first job, it was terrible to be responsible for making tips and choosing wish bad customers to appease to pay my bills.
