DESPICABLE management

Pros

My customers, especially the regulars, were the only thing that kept me from tears most days!

Cons

Our manager was fervently biased, hiring even under age members of her own family, promoting her neighbor (stoned every day on the job) to shift leader, and treating everyone else like crap. Mgr+shift leaders discriminated and straight up infantilized me when they found out I am on the spectrum, despite no customer complaints or accomadations needed. Mgr constantly left belittling notes posted in BOH and ignored legitimate grievances (such as her sisters/neighbor being HIGH)! If you need a fix, fill out an app...if you want to work, make money, and go home I'd recommend anywhere else but here.
