Flexible hours are nice. Open 24/7, 365. If you wanna work, they are always open.

Cons

Very low pay. No benefits at all. Never have a holiday off. No vacations.

I made good money as a server, and the people I worked with were great

Cons

The upper management is terrible, they dont care about anything unless it involves money. Gave no training to the new general manager who had been a server. Paychecks bounced frequently, alot of times we got handwritten checks with no pay stub, things were very sketchy
