Pros

Good tips on occassion, regular customers, not long hours most of the time, pretty easy job, good for students

Cons

Horrible customers at times, bad tippers, not much room for growth, if you have bad cooks or bad servers it wont go well. Everyone has to work together well for a shift to go smoothly otherwise its a total nightmare.

Pros

Coworkers are great. Location is nice.

Cons

They don't seem to keep an eye on their franchise owners at all. Owner hasn't issued check stubs in nearly a year, checks are obviously short far more often than not, hasn't offered insurance to full time employees, sets ridiculous standards, and all around doesn't seem to care about anything other than money in his pocket. Have lost several decent employees over ownership's less than desirable attitude towards employees. "Everyone is a thief you haven't caught yet." Good luck at this place.
