Pros

The team work, positive attitudes, and efforts to make it a great place

Cons

It can get very busy, so you have to really be ready for a fast paced environment. Customers can also get a little testy but if you stay focus on making there visit great you should be just fine.

Pros

The brand has great potential if the right people were in charge. Currently no pros.

Cons

The current executive team treats the staff and franchise partners poorly. Corporate staff turnover is at an all time high since the senior director got promoted to VP. Locations are closing just as fast as they are opening. 40 years in business and under 400 locations?? No growth in sight.
