Pros

Teamwork is a strong thing here. I would love to give management the props for that but its the cooks and us servers. Since day one I noticed that we are the ones who take the initiative to be team players. And sadly if it wasn't for that this restaurant would b shutting down

Cons

Management is constantly changing the schedule, sometimes two and three times a day. They will ask the cook to pull a 24 shift ( that really did happen) but then take other days away from him so he wouldn't get any overtime

Pros

Everybody I worked with.Team players. Customers were great Had a lot of regulars that were only there because they really liked our restaurant.

Cons

Customers not leaving tips for there servers. At times there was always one that was not a team player.
