Pros

* Video analysis is not the most difficult thing to do. * Task based job * Interesting work different from your regular corporate job. * Good office infrastructure, young crowd (age range of 21 -27 y/o) * Off season has downtime and work kind of slows down giving room to breathe for 6 months

Cons

* Growth is linear and difficult, rather next to impossible. * Poor appraisal structure * Lack of empathy from manger. * Disregard for any mishap occurred from employers end, it would be your mess to clean up after them. *strict policies regarding leaves: one leave without intimation will cost you a warning, two will cost you a job. additionally, no leaves on weekend, will have to work on weekoffs if you have pending task despite their mistake of not being able to provide you one or one with inadequacies> *Will never allow you to change process, dept., putting hiring freeze of 6 months after resignation and application for new job in different dept.
