Pros

* Employer Paid Health Benefits * Unlimited PTO * On-site Childcare * Free Lunches / Snack * The opportunity to network with people on a Global Scale * Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion are always at the front of their mind * Company Outings / Celebrations * Frequent Q&A Sessions with Hudl Leadership to keep communication open *

Cons

Since there is a 5 word minimum and I have to list something, I'll say the con I would choose would be; since it is a Hybrid work environment we don't always get the opportunity to meet in person with everybody we work with, however, since we are a global company it makes sense why there is a bit of a roadblock, but the way we work around this is by using Zoom or Huddles in Slack
