I appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. Honestly, it hurts to hear that your experience has been anything but positive. Our goal has always been to give Hudlies all the tools they need to be successful in their role at Hudl and develop their future skills. It sounds like you were able to experience our world-class offices and perks, like free lunch and a new laptop. But it’s concerning that you felt there was unfairness or lack of mobility in your development. Management and personal development are two areas that we are focused on for the next year and beyond, so I hope that will alleviate some of the misalignments you’re experiencing.
