Thanks for your review! It’s great to hear that you feel work/life balance is a priority at Hudl. We’re family. In order to make our compensation fair, we use global benchmarking standards from organisations like AON and Mercer to determine our salary ranges for the roles that we have. The salary ranges are decided on the basis of comparison between similar sized industries to make sure we are being fair and competitive in the market. As we are a 24/7 business, it would require our Hudlies to work in shifts and on weekends. However we make sure that we give enough leaves and compensatory off so that the Hudies can come back refreshed to work after proper rest.

As we are a 24/7 operations organisation, woking in shifts and weekends becomes a requirement. However we make sure that we have enough weekly offs and compensatory offs to give proper rest to our Hudlies.
