Thanks for your review and feedback. Our work is such that requires a 24/7 operations which makes it mandatory for us to work in shifts. However we make sure that proper week offs are assigned to Hudlies and if there is a requirement to work on the weekends, we give ample compensatory offs so that our Hudlies can get enough time to rest.
