You will get the knowledge of the sports in this company, they will train employees with each sports in those seasons

Cons

Have to work on saturday and sunday also , no week off will be given on sat sund, they will give the week off whenever they want like ( they will give the week off dates of April on the last week of the march) they will not approve the leaves also, incase if you are not well or not able to get up also, they need medical certificate it seems this is horrible.
