Pros
Working at Hudl has been a great experience for me. I'm passionate about sports so it's been fun to be able to help teams/coaches over the last few years. They have excellent benefits, and are flexible with working patterns. I have experienced a high level of trust and autonomy to allow me to do my job. The pay level is fair, and they are serious about equality and diversity in the workplace. Upper management seem to genuinely care, and support the staff to enjoy their work.
Cons
As with any bigger company, it can be frustrating to get things done easily because of bureaucracy. Working in a smaller office away from HQ can mean missing out on some stuff. Time zone differences means you have to be flexible at times to collaborate.
