      Cool office, tons of information available, apps for virtually everything, casual dressing, flexibility, openness, access to top management, decision making process is participative and consultative.

      Cons

      Lot of information and many jargons used becomes confusing at times.

      Pros

      -Fun, smart, energetic and caring people. -Innovative products. -Endless opportunities to problem solve. -Great benefits and perks. -Semi-flexible schedule.

      Cons

      -The competitive culture is great for productivity, but it can burn you out if you're not careful. -Fast paced growth means lots of product bugs and half-baked features that aren't properly addressed. -Due to understaffing and a high number of user interactions, the season (Sept - March) can be rough at times.
