- Extremely autonomous and empowering environment. See something broken? You can fix it. Have a good idea? Great place to share and run/own it. - Great work-life balance, we work hard but also are supported to make sure we are present for the things that are important in life - Competitive pay and benefits - If you love sports I can't think of a better place to work, somewhere that is truly making an impact in the sports world and is mission-driven. - Never dull. There are countless opportunities to be challenged and pick up engaging projects.
