In my 5 years here, I’ve been promoted 4 times, which speaks to the company’s commitment to career development. Hudl also places a strong emphasis on work-life balance, and the hybrid office model has been invaluable in helping me maintain my mental well-being. If you’re looking for a company that values its people and their growth, Hudl is the place to be.

Cons

The biggest con at Hudl is the unequal distribution of territories. Territories vary significantly in size and potential, leading to vastly different quotas. In some cases, these quotas can be extremely challenging to achieve, which can create added pressure and frustration for employees.
