      Pros

      - People are the best - Great Management from the top down - Nice perks - They encourage in house hiring first.

      Cons

      - Alot of Structural Changes; in my 8 year the company was restructured in one way or another on a yearly basis. Wether it was a new way of doing meetings, how sprints where handled or how teams where divided and how that affected how money went to different teams. - Pay isn't the best. - Certain expectations of sub-divisions of the company are not realistic.
