      Pros

      Company takes pride in not paying the Indian employees well and also treating them as second class employees. While on other hand, the foreign employees based in other countries are paid handsomely even if we take cost of living in considerations.

      Cons

      -No growth -Mistakes from anyone will be put on your name and hence low salary. -There are many I couldn't list them. But I'll come back to write a proper review when I've got free time.

      - Flexible time off is *huge*! Management is very encouraging for folks to use it as needed - Great culture - everyone is supportive and helpful! - It feels like management is receptive to feedback when there are issues

      Cons

      - The pay is competitive for Nebraska-based companies, but not quite as competitive as tech companies of similar sizes. You could argue that the benefits and culture help offset that, though
