Pros

Decent Compensation "Unlimited" Holiday Interesting market to be working in

Cons

- Perks have become standard across the industry in the post-COVID landscape. - Troubled teams are passed around like unwanted assets, with issues left unaddressed. - No accountability for underperforming or toxic leadership. - Yearly reorganisations with weak or unclear reasoning. - Strong pro-American bias for a global company. - Career growth hindered by constantly changing rules. - No trust in staff when purchasing tools required for their job - Working in fragmented infrastructure due to growth by acquisition

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to read you appreciated your compensation and our unlimited time off, in addition to the unique market we work in. We understand the concerns you’ve raised and appreciate your candor. We like to move fast at Hudl, and know that comes with change fatigue and energy spent learning new structures. The feedback you and others have given in our annual engagement survey clarified ways we can do better here. Please know that we’re always looking for ways to improve our communication and consistency across teams, and your feedback is incredibly valuable.

Pros

Need to think about the "Pros" but the only good thing is to have Work from home that too for people who have completed "6 months of probation" period where there is no job security in this period.

Cons

Lots and lots of amount of useless work with the skill that has no use in the market. It is just a kind of data entry job. Low salary with respect to the amount of work. its about 50% less average salary in India. No compensation or overtime. In most of companies, there's a fixed hike of some amount but here no such scene. Very minimum salary hike you have to work extremely hard to get a minimum hike that too is not sometimes guaranteed, and even if you reach the highest position your CTC will not go beyond 5.0LPA that is also below the average salary in India. The most worst part is the leave policy, you'll get leaves in your account but you cannot use them all will get rejected. No saturday-sunday offs. 2 Weekly offs weekdays that too can get shortened to just 1 day. No holiday or leaves during festivals or national holidays like diwali, 15 August, etc. These holidays will be mentioned in your calendar but you'll not get it.
