Pros

The casual work environment can be a good fit for freshers or those just starting out. • Flexible and laid-back atmosphere that allows for a balanced approach to work. • Relatively approachable peers, making collaboration easier within teams. • A relaxed dress code and a relatively stress-free office vibe, which some may find refreshing.

Cons

The management team in India lacks the competence and foresight to handle difficult situations and team dynamics. • Workload is disproportionately high compared to the pay, leading to poor work-life balance. • No significant monetary benefits, bonuses, or incentives to reward hard work. • A lack of professionalism at all levels of the organization, which leads to inefficiencies and frustration. • Minimal concern or care shown towards employee well-being, with few initiatives for professional development or recognition. • Career progression paths are unclear, with little guidance on growth opportunities. • Employee feedback seems undervalued or ignored, leaving many feeling unheard.

Pros

- Refresh computer cycle and keep old - Work/life balance is good. Quality of work over quantity of hours - Unlimited annual leave is very handy

Cons

- Engineering is weak and lots of basic principles are not understood by engineers across all levels (junior-lead) - Very bull-ish approach from some engineers leading to toxic environment. These same engineers are stubborn in their ways and do not want to change and like to live in the past - Management bias when it comes to favour, promotion and pay (toxic) - Career growth is little to non existent due to management who are out of their depth - Strict financial budget which prevents promotions even though an engineer deserves it and also prevents social activities within squads/teams - Pension contribution is minimum
