The collaborative work environment and focus on innovation make it an engaging place to build your career.

Cons

However, while the career advancement opportunities were commendable, the compensation did not quite match the level of responsibility or industry standards. The salary structure felt below expectations, and the benefits package was quite minimal, leaving room for improvement in employee support and overall job satisfaction.
