      Pros

      The pay was good, I got along with all the people that worked there and steady, secure employment.

      Cons

      The one downside was the rotating schedule, another was it was extremely difficult to be promoted, let alone get into management.

      Its a Good learning platform for graduates with no work experience..but dont stick around for more than 2-3yrs !!

      Cons

      The company lack a vision!! They hire a lot of young graduates who come out with a passion to make an impact..and the system here is so backwards that you will be frustrated to the core!!
