Pros
They keep sending me paychecks. Wednesdays are work from home. A decent amount of competent, fun, interesting people.
Cons
The engineering team is a bit of slow bureaucratic mess that feels stuck in the past and doesn't function as efficiently as is required in 2022 to be competitive. My team is strict about being in the office for set times everyday. No real work from home options besides Wednesday regardless of the work you're doing. Benefits are uninspiring.
