      This place has provided decent stability. They sponsor visas Most teams are laid back and hardworking individuals are around you

      Since 2024, 5 days in office policy is enforced, badging in and out and a 9am deadline to come in is enforced through a tracking system

      My immediate team is great.

      Things have seriously gone downhill. Benefits slashed, very low pay and wage increases less than half the inflation rate. Completely tone def badge-in badge-out and time tracking policy. Arrive after 9am because of whatever? Have fun explaining it to your manager. Every time. Didnt realize i was flippin burgers at wendys after all this time. Notorious at H1B trapping, if you are in that situation, dont let them ruin your life. Even if you are seriously pressed for a job, please look elsewhere. There is nothing for you here. That espcially goes out to college grads. This is not the place you want to be.
