Working with a lot of talent senior engineers.
Cons
Most of the leaders/managers are micro management. Expect you to work long hours. Sometimes will receive calls from your management even you are officially on vacation, and expect you to work. Never appreciate what you have been given to the company but will criticize you even small mistake. No balance your life. Bonus depends on whether the boss likes you or not, or whether you are his "buddy", not because of your performance. Bonus among high up compare to engineers and below are big gap. Management is top to bottom. No opportunities for grow.
