Pros
It’s a nice enough company with a lot of friendly folks from all around the world. There is good work life balance and an acceptable amount of room for career advancement. The work environment is fairly relaxed and accommodating to specific employee needs.
Cons
Pay is within the normal range but on the lower end of the spectrum. Company has not been doing well in its industry due to powerful newcomers. Engineering department feels a bit dated and the corporate bureaucracy makes it troublesome to get work done from time to time. Company adopted a hybrid work model with Wednesday being the only remote day.
