Pros

Excellent company with great benefits. HZ prides itself on quality engineering and architectural work and has some great engineers and architects to lead our efforts. Cannot go wrong by joining this team. There is room for growth and we operate in 19 different locations in 8 different states.

Cons

We could probably work more diligently to keep up with some technological advances.

Pros

Great company to work for, competitive salaries, pension plan and 401k. Had the opportunity to work with most of the disciplines of Civil design, learned Microstaion, went to field to very field info on publc jobs.

Cons

Health Benefits are expensive, a bit dated, and there was very little interaction from management with lower level employees.

Cons

Work here if you love 10 - 20 hours of unpaid overtime weekly, with no bonuses of any kind, and no opportunity for advancement.
