I enjoy the work, the people and the environment. Everyone is friendly and is very driven.

Other than the need to work overtime sometimes when there is a looming deadline, I have no cons at this time.

There are a lot of changes that they are trying to implement and I think overall, the changes are helping better the company. Good benefits, good pay, a lot of people who have been here a long time and are very smart. I value that this is a private company and employee-owned.

Cons

Keep supporting the changes made and continue with the efforts underway.
