Office environment and culture is poor. HR has become not helpful to employees, and has aggressive reaction to employees when we express concerns about the current pandemic. Senior Managment/leadership lacks examples or solutions to problems they vaguely point to mid/lower management and production staff. Saying things are going poorly and not providing details on what it is that is going poorly is not helpful as we cannot address the issue without information. No mechanism to provide feedback to senior leadership/management without fear of retaliation. Does not seem to care why some talented/good employees leave to understand why they are leaving to learn if improvements can be / should be made to keep talent and create a better work environment. Lacks diversity at the Senior Management/Leadership level. Some Senior Management/Leadership personnel have a very bullying style (which they do not recognize that they do) which creates trust issues and contributes to the poor office environment.
