Nice work environment, good benefits and compensation

Cons

Most upper management personnel was responsible for not following up on accounts receivable, searching for new work which lead to non billable production hours, and a special group for only millennials was established to place strong emphasis on what they want from an employer.

-Suitable for graduates straight out of school -Great location in uptown Dallas -Ability to learn CAD and design simultaneously

Cons

-Old-school policies and mentality, although things are "slightly" changing -Managers don't mentor younger staff or include them through project stages -Not a fun or enjoyable work environment, all work no play -No involvement in community -Subpar benefits -"Encourage" employees to explore other departments in the office, but when one expresses interest, managers don't let them go -No recognition or appreciation shown to employees
