I met some people that were good workers.

Cons

Where do I start. They will talk to you in a very rude manner. They expect you to learn the work yourself without proper training if you’re new. The management wants you to fear them. Pay and benefits are below average. Management is very UNPROFESSIONAL.

Too many to list. -The management is horrific with no organization -The software is outdated -CEO is old school and the office is micromanaged -Absolutely no culture -Benefits are lacking and do not have 401K- they have ESOP that is only used for tax purposes for CEO

Pros

There’s good benefits, easy location. Don’t have to do much work. It’s easy to have others do my job. I can take breaks anytime I want.

Cons

There’s always work I have to do. I need to make my own templates. Software learning curve is pretty hard. I don’s always get to watch tv on my phone because I keep getting interrupted by work.
