- Good perks/benefits - Smart engineers - Exciting product that is used by millions of people - Friendly team that is always looking to improve - C-level management is committed to being transparent about decisions despite huge growth spurt - Feedback from IC levels is taken seriously

Cons

- As the team has grown, there have been challenges surrounding role definitions, specifically in product - Being deadline driven for big projects has negatively impacted some areas of the Hulu culture - Hiring spurts can sometimes come at the cost of lowering the Hulu quality bar

Hulu has a very special culture. The tech team have a lot of smart and diligent engineer.

Cons

No Free lunch compare to other company like FB and Google. But has a lot of free snakes and drinks.
