The Worst PMO ever

Pros

Variety of the customers we handle. It’s good for the oneself to deal with such level of clients especially in the entry levels career

Cons

The worst leadership style ever. Micromanagement and aggressive attitude are found everywhere in the PMO. Besides, the salaries are shameful and incomparable with even low level SW Houses.

you can work in harmony with other colleagues. Training we received at the beginning of our career was so helpful. Mangers are so helpful & friendly.

salaries were not as good as the rest of the market
