I am fairly new but this company has been great to work for. Compensation is great and they give me all the resources I need to be successful. They are super transparent across the board within the company. Its a top rated service so easier to sell. Love the culture.

Great Culture - Great Colleagues - Great manager- Great 401k offering and platform - Great work/life balance - Great employee benefits ( Employer pays 100% of benefits) I was hired during COVID 5 months ago. I had to have training remote and have been remote since. I have had so much support from my manager, peers and the tools they provide me to be good at my job. Company puts together zoom happy hours and trivia nights during the COVID crisis to keep engagement and to get to know one another remotely. Everyone wants to see each other succeed and is willing to help one another. Only company I have worked for that is extremely transparent in everything they do and that employee feedback matters. BONUS: Mailed me a welcome gift when I got hired and I recently had my birthday and received a birthday gift in the mail. I have never worked for a more thoughtful company
