I met some cool individuals on the marketing and engineering side. The early days without proper leadership were successful and fun.
Cons
Well, bad pay, no benefits, fake equity all come to mine. But Do your research into the leadership and investors. The company management was slimy scum. Empty promises, no IP. Company meetings were ‘this is the dream team, the team that will ship the product’, and 2 days later, half of the company was laid off. Sexual harassment went on from multiple men with slaps on the wrist. The company is defunct now, and for good reasons. Corrupt, failed serial entrepreneurs
