      Cutting benefits and denying sick time

      Pros

      The manager is great and the atmosphere is pretty easy going. Crew are cool people.

      Cons

      Unless they are required by law to pay it, they just announced they are cutting sick time/PTO benefits. If you call in sick and submit a sick time request, they will deny it if your total hours worked plus your sick time request is more than 40 hours. The whole crew I work with are already looking for new jobs

      I do not have any cons to address. I left due to a corporate layoff which was not a reflection of my performance at all.
