      Good workout, bobs managers are great to work with. Bobs is separate from humano!

      Cutting benefits and denying sick time

      Pros

      The manager is great and the atmosphere is pretty easy going. Crew are cool people.

      Cons

      Unless they are required by law to pay it, they just announced they are cutting sick time/PTO benefits. If you call in sick and submit a sick time request, they will deny it if your total hours worked plus your sick time request is more than 40 hours. The whole crew I work with are already looking for new jobs

      Pros

      Chill place to earn money, potential to earn production pay. Most managers and supervisors are pretty chill. Everything about pay and work is decently straight forward and what isn't they're willing to explain.

      Cons

      You're moving boxes, the job itself isn't ideal but it's a job. Depending on the warehouse sure you're at some warehouse staff (NOT HUMANO STAFF) might treat you little different or stand offish but nothing to crazy.

      Hi there. I am sorry to hear that you had a poor experience with us, and appreciate you feeling like you could share your feedback. We are in a constant state of wanting to be better, and part of that means listening even when it is hard to hear. There will always be room for improvement in all companies. We recently had some leadership changes in this facility and are confident the new leadership brings a new encouraging vibe to the team. We have also focused in our communication with weekly team meetings and more on-going events to show our appreciation for how hard everyone works.
