Pros
1. Management is clear about the goals. They are not picking on random projects just for the sake of revenue 2. Excellent learning opportunities 3. Smart people 4. Management acknowledges your hard work, encourages employees to take time off to avoid a burn out
Cons
Not sure if this is a con, but you should be comfortable working in a fast paced environment where deadlines are important

Pros
The company has good funding and has a great experienced management team that knows how to spend that money wisely. Leadership is keenly aware of the A+ team they have, and acknowledge the work they're doing. Related, there is definitely an awareness of career growth opportunties that could exist which makes for a very engaged work environment.
Cons
Just the typical issues with every tech startup. Things are always changing and you have to keep up!
