A strong and clear vision from the company's founders, excellent upper manager leaderships, great well-defined company core values and culture. A startup company with a superior product in micro-location applications.

Cons

If you want to work for a startup company, this is the company to work for.

Pros

Very energetic, located in Kendal Square, CEO and President are very engaged and engaging and focused on company success; work is interesting and challenging.

Cons

Some people in charge (C-suite) are not mature enough for the position; communication could be much better; some folks in charge are way too busy and need more reports; goals are clear, but micro-managing is demoralizing. Also, acquiring another company??? We're a start-up; how do we deal with that?
