Pros

Nice building , good people , great benefits, 9/80 schedule, 401K, great medical and retirement benefits

Cons

Very politically driven, you have to play politics to survive! Too many VPs in this company more than any company I ever seen ! VPs & manager care about promotions more than their job itself, People who speak up about problem areas are punished. They punish lower level employees not VPs , one of senior VPs caused millions of dollars losses instead of firing him, they promoted him !

The culture was great, the benefits are amazing, one of the best families to work for where you actually feel like family.

Cons

I dont have any cons to share, this was overall one of the most satisfying places I have ever had the opportunity to work.
