Very good benefits, beautiful bldg. Many perks.

Cons

Some mgmt is out of touch and seem to just be fixtures of no real use or knowledge.

Good benefits and work life balance

Cons

Very difficult to succeed , especially if you are a woman. Old boys club, so if you are a guy and love kissing up you will be promoted to VP in a very short time. This is a very top heavy organization with little room for growth, especially for women! So do yourself a favor and don't bother working there!
