Upper Owners have lost their rudder and are adrift. No longer a long term company that you stay with for life.

None as the company can’t get loans and the bonds are considered junk bonds

Cons

They had lay offs in 2007, 2016, 2019 and 2020. The sons took over in 2016 and didn’t tell the employees until 2020.
