Pros
Great benefits and working environment, respect for the individual. Great location, beautiful building.
Cons
Small private company with the bureaucracy of a large company. Only provides basic financial information to employees. Current outlook is negative as the O&G market is down and a there's a lot of uncertainty for the short/mid-term future. Career mobility depends a lot on the department you work for or who you know.
