Positive Culture, Interesting Work, Opportunities to Learn New Technologies, Good Work/Life Balance, Great Co-Workers, Flat Management Structure, Company Sponsored Fun Events, All the perks of a big corporation without the overhead and bureaucracy

Cons

Small company so may not be a good fit for someone looking to grow into an upper management role. (Not an issue for me)
