      Competitive pay, great benefits, profit sharing. lots of change and growth in I.T.

      Cons

      Lots of change and growth in I.T. means things can be a bit chaotic at times. You need to be able to adjust and roll with the punches. (To some this is a plus, you wont be bored)

      Regional Manager is good but stay as a Manufacturer's Rep

      Pros

      Benefits are the best advantage. Hunter offers pretty good health benefits and some retirement opportunities with employee ownership as well.

      Cons

      Hunter is not great at giving all necessary information to the RM's when the opportunity is presented. There are a lot of small "tricks" to the compensation package that make it difficult to make a consistent, good living. Leadership is "bougie" and looks down on their subs.
