We strive to ensure all employees feel respected and take measures to collect employee feedback regularly and anonymously. Our engagement survey results show that the vast majority do not share your point of view, but we're not happy if even one employee feels this way. Safety is also a top priority for Hunter. We have safety individuals who focus on safety measures across our multiple locations. If you have specific examples you can share, please reach out to your HR Business Partner with more details so we can investigate further.
